200 SERIES SPEED-LOC™ ADAPTERS

Fits: 47° Shanks, Bourgault and Ezee-On field cultivators, air seeders and air drills.
Bolt Hole Spacing: 1-3/4” (45mm) centre to centre
Bolts: 1/2” (12mm) Hex Head Bolts

Fits: 47° Shanks, except Bourgault and Ezee-On
Bolt Hole Spacing: 1-3/4” (45mm) centre to centre
Bolts: For 7/16” (11mm) shank holes use oversized head plow bolts. For 1/2” (12mm) shank holes use regular plow bolts.

Fits: 50° Shanks, Bourgault and Morris Concept 2000.
Bolt Hole Spacing: 2-1/4” (57mm) centre to centre
Bolts: 1/2” (12mm) Hex Head Bolts
Notes: Not recommended for primary tillage, use only for seeding.

410 SERIES SPEED-LOC™ ADAPTERS

Fits: 50° Shanks on Bourgault chisel plows and Morris Concept 2000with 755 lb trip.
Bolt Hole Spacing: 2-1/4″ (57mm) centre to centre
Notes: On a Bourgault four-hole shank, the centre hole of the adapter should be plugged to protect the spring ball from NH3 gases when used as a NH3 applicator. When installing 410 Series Speed-Loc™ Adapters for use with NH3, fill the hole behind the spring ball with plumber’s putty to protect from degradation caused by NH3.

Fits: 50° Shanks on all chisel plows except Bourgault, Morris Concept 2000 with 755 lb trip and some John Deere models. Can be used on a 43° shank with the addition of a 7° wedge (400-WDG-0700)
Bolt Hole Spacing: 1-3/4″ to 3″ (45-76mm) centre to centre slotted bolt hole spacing providing the ability to fit many different makes and models.
Notes: In rocky or abrasive conditions, the bottom nut may experience excessive wear or damage. This problem is alleviated by placing the bottom bolt in from the back of the shank and putting the nut inside the slot in front of the adapter.

Bolt Hole Spacing: 2-1/4” (57mm) centre to centre
Bolts: For John Deere 1-1/4” shank use 1/2” x 3” Grade 8 Hex Head bolt prevailing torque lock nuts.
Notes: Bushing 880-BSH-2000 is required for installation on all John Deere shanks having the split bottom bolt hole (https://www.marketplace.farm/farm-machinery-parts-and-spares/tillage-machinery-parts/bourgault-tillage-tools/accessories/). Also required for Summers chisel ploughs.
